Shipping policy
UK Delivery
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Free UK delivery is included with all Little Oaks Library subscription boxes and one-off purchases unless otherwise stated.
Subscription Boxes
Little Oaks Library offers a monthly themed children’s book subscription.
Your first payment is taken when you subscribe.
Subscribe by the 24th of the month to receive the current month’s themed box (subject to availability).
Subscriptions started on or after the 25th of the month will begin with the following month’s theme.
Subscription renewals are processed automatically on the 4th of each month.
Dispatch Times
Subscription boxes are typically dispatched within the first week of the month.
One-off purchases are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days of dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.
Little Oaks Library cannot be responsible for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@littleoakslibrary.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
